Harry Goldin, M.D.
Dr. Goldin is a medical doctor with board certification in both internal medicine and dermatology. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Dr. Goldin was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received his medical degree from the University of Kentucky Medical School, and served a residency in internal medicine at Michael Reese Hospital followed and a second residency in dermatology at Cook County Hospital, where he was the chief resident in dermatology. Following his second residency, Dr. Goldin remained at Cook County Hospital and became a senior attending physician, training many dermatology residents.
As a current member of the Chicago Dermatological Society, the Illinois Dermatological Society, the Great Lakes Dermatological Society, the Chicago Medical Society, the Illinois State Medical Society and the American Medical Association, Dr. Goldin stays involved in his field at all times. He has been a faculty member in the dermatology departments of both University of Illinois and Rush University, and is currently a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
Since 1993, Dr. Goldin has hosted monthly meetings for the Great Lakes Dermatological Society. He is a past president of both the Chicago Dermatological Society and the Illinois Dermatological Society.
Dr. Goldin participates in ongoing continuous medical education programs and has authored papers on medical literature and published newspaper editorials about healthcare issues.
