MEDICAL SERVICES:
Skin Cancer Screening, Treatment, and Mole Removal
Skin cancer is the most common cancer in humans, and fortunately most skin cancers can be cured with early diagnosis and treatment. We utilize a special instrument called a Dermatoscope that allows us to see a mole’s pigment pattern inside your skin, and helps us to determine whether a mole is benign or malignant. You should watch for changes in your moles (such as growth, color change, or bleeding). If you see any changes in your moles, immediately report them to us. We can remove atypical, unsightly, or irritating moles with minimal scarring. If you are unfortunately diagnosed with skin cancer, you can rest assured that we employ state-of-the-art treatment methods for skin cancers. We also monitor and treat precancerous lesions utilizing surgery, therapeutic creams, and specialized light therapy.
Acne and Rosacea Treatment:
We are experts in the treatment of acne and rosacea that have not responded to over-the-counter treatments or medications given to you by other physicians. We individualize your treatment to your specific skin type. Our customized therapies often include topical medications, oral antibiotics, and even isotretinoin (Accutane®) for the most difficult-to-treat cases.
